    Staff Lunch and Learn Sessions

    • February 25, 2025, 12 pm-1:30 pm - Northeast Family YMCA Chapel
    • April 16, 2025, 12 pm-1:30 pm - Republic Bank Foundation YMCA Conference Room
  • You are invited to attend Y-USA’s Mental Health Community Care (MHCC) Training. This is a unique opportunity for our staff as we are one of the first Ys in the nation to offer this training for our team.

During this hands-on course, facilitated by YUSA trainers, participants learn about mental health, how to care for themselves and others, and gain confidence as an informal support to offer hope and connections. This Y-USA training provides:

    • An overview of mental health concepts
    • The opportunity to learn and actively apply the core concepts of the Y’s Mental Health Community Care model through guided practice and discussion
    • Support for participants to identify resources in the community that support mental health
    • An opportunity to connect with Y colleagues to build connections and peer support

Please register by September 5, 2025.

If you have any questions about the programs, please contact Tami Pyles at tpyles@ymcalouisville.org.
